Single Account Policy
Only one account per person is permitted. If the same individual creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and any funds held in those accounts may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household 999bt wish to use the platform, they must use separate devices and separate payment methods, and notify support in advance.

If a match is cancelled or suspended
- If a match does not start at the scheduled time and has not taken place within 48 hours, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
- If a match is abandoned after reaching the halfway point, results will be determined according to the rules of the specific market.
- In cricket, if a match is shortened by rain, the DLS method result is final.
Fraud & Match Fixing
If 999bt has evidence that a match or event was fixed, it reserves the right to void all bets placed on that match. In such cases, stakes will be returned but no winnings will be paid out.
